A: We take pride in authenticity. Every Mettlemix piece is handcrafted from 100% solid, heavy-gauge copper or brass. We use no artificial coatings or plating, ensuring a "living finish" that develops a rich, authentic patina over time.

2. LIVING FINISH (THE PATINA)

Q: Will my copper or brass fixture change color?

A: Yes, and that is its beauty. Since our metal is unlacquered, it will naturally evolve and darken, creating a unique character (patina). If you prefer the original shine, a simple polish with a copper/brass cleaner will restore it instantly.

3. SINKS & BATHTUBS SETUP

Q: Does my sink or bathtub order include a drain?

A: To make your installation as seamless as possible, every Mettlemix sink and bathtub comes with a free matching pop-up drain as a complimentary gift.

4. TECHNICAL INSTALLATION

Q: Do the wall-mounted fixtures include the necessary valves and brackets?

A: Yes. Our wall-mounted sinks include heavy-duty brackets, and our faucets include the rough-in valves and all internal components needed for a professional installation. Fully compatible with US & Canadian plumbing standards.
